The Gay Agenda is Here TV's anthology series of gay short films, built on the idea of taking a phrase once used as a slur by the religious right and turning it into a celebration of gay culture. This thirty-fifth edition presents three shorts. Boundaries, featuring Jared Free and Manny Dunn, sets the tone; Before You Go, Vicente del Rio Laya's Chilean drama starring Joaquin Batarce and Nicola Vilander, follows two best friends on a Patagonian camping trip whose lost supplies strand them in an empty cabin, where their true feelings finally surface; and I Am Not Afraid, with Illarion Marov, closes the program. Spanning different countries and styles, the collection offers a compact tour of contemporary queer short filmmaking, with stories of friendship, desire and courage that reward a single sitting.
