The Gay Agenda 30

The Gay Agenda takes a phrase weaponized by the religious right and turns it into what it should have been all along: a celebration of gay lives, told in short form. Each volume of this Here TV anthology series gathers a handful of independent LGBTQ+ short films from around the world, spanning drama, romance and comedy, and lets them play back to back as a single program. Volume 30 features Be Gay Tomorrow, Joshua Kellerman's Thanksgiving comedy-drama about Hannah (Allie McCulloch), a struggling single mother of three whose plan to host her parents keeps colliding with her eldest son's determination to come out to his grandparents, with Josh Rosenzweig co-starring; Genetica; Drink the Poison; and Jamaal. Together the shorts offer a cross-section of contemporary queer storytelling, from family kitchens to more shadowed corners of desire, in a format built for discovery.
