The Gay Agenda 32

The Gay Agenda takes a phrase weaponized by the religious right and turns it into a celebration of gay culture, gathering short films from around the world into a single program. This thirty-second edition presents three stories of love and desire in different registers. Life in Love with Nick & Kaiden follows a couple through the everyday textures of a shared life; John offers a character study built around a single man; and Private Photos explores intimacy, images and the trust involved in being seen. With a cast including Diogo Bohry, Pedro Midas, Lucas Galvino and Vinicius Neri, and running about forty minutes, the collection is a compact showcase of contemporary queer short filmmaking, moving between romance and drama with an emphasis on relationships and the stories that get told in private.
