The Gay Agenda takes a phrase weaponized by the religious right and turns it into a celebration of gay culture, gathering short films from around the world into a single anthology program. This thirty-fourth installment brings together four dramas and romances: Glances, Toska, One More Please and Octopuses. Among them, One More Please follows a lonely young man (Jack Posey) who gets drawn into a playful drinking game with a handsome stranger at a bar, while the other selections range across different tones and settings with performers including Enrique Escarpita, Giacomo Galeone and David Szavó. Designed to be watched in one sitting, the collection offers a sampler of contemporary queer short filmmaking, from fleeting encounters to quiet longing, each story complete in itself.
