On a crowded Israeli bus on a hot day, a soldier and her girlfriend notice a man in a heavy jacket, and a flicker of doubt hardens into suspicion. As the women and the stranger lock eyes, tension in the aisle rises, and the passengers around them do what people now do in a moment of fear: they raise their phones and record.
