Creator Mark Bessenger, the filmmaker behind the cult horror favorite Bite Marks, casts himself as a queer Rod Serling for this anthology series in which gay men keep crossing paths with visitors from beyond the stars. Each standalone episode confines a small group of characters to a single space and lets the tension build, mixing science fiction, horror and comedy in shifting proportions. The opener, Love and the Mothman, follows two closeted high school boys whose first honest moment at Lover's Lane is interrupted by a legendary winged creature; later chapters, including the ensemble piece Duck Duck Alien, widen the cast while keeping the B-movie spirit intact. Daniel Moser, Tamario Fletcher, Hunter Evans and Kevin Roach lead the series, a Here TV original series.
