Julie has not seen much of her father since her parents' divorce. When she comes to stay with Nicolas, she finds him living with a new partner, Christian, who is much closer to her age than to his. Christian, in the middle of a quarrel with Nicolas, sees the visit as an opportunity: if he can win Julie over, he might win the argument. Across a compact ten minutes, writer-director Marco Sandeman lets the three of them circle one another, with loyalties and resentments shifting between father, daughter and boyfriend. Sandeman has described the piece as inspired by the interplay of three characters in Christopher Isherwood's Goodbye to Berlin. Rosalinde Mynster plays Julie, Peder Holm Johansen is Nicolas and Mads Reuther is Christian in this sharp chamber drama about family after divorce, presented on Here TV as part of The Gay Agenda 28.
